Connecting your app to the dash cam

Instructions

The HaloCam dash cam connects to mobile phones through Wi-Fi; if you're having trouble connecting your phone to your dash cam, you may need to adjust the camera's Wi-Fi frequency. To do this, you'll need to open this page on a laptop computer or a different phone and complete the following steps:

If everything went smoothly, your phone and Nexar app should be connected to the camera now. If they aren't – reach out to support@getnexar.com and we'll figure this out together.
